Tequila Sorbet Refresher
It's gettin' hot! Summer is finally creeping into Chicago and what better way to keep cool than with a refreshing boozy sorbet!?!
Whether it's a palette cleanser or a sweet tart end to a barbecue, this is an easy and simple crowd pleaser.
What you need:
- Lemon sorbet
- Blanco tequila
- Fruit garnish of choice, lime or orange wedge or a try a dried mandarin and a basil leaf (my fav additions)
Scoop a small amount of lemon sorbet into a coup glass or a dessert bowl, pour 1 ounce of tequila over the sorbet and garnish. That's it!
